Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel arrangements can change unexpectedly. To assist you seamlessly, our cancellation parameters and processing timeframes are detailed directly below.
1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are determined based on the date your cancellation request is received in relation to your scheduled check-in date.
- Within 21 Days of Arrival: No cancellation is permitted. A 100% retention charge will apply for the booked stay, and no refund will be issued.
- Between 21 and 45 Days of Arrival: A 50% retention charge will apply. The remaining 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- More than 45 Days Before Arrival: No retention charges will apply, and you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount, subject to the applicable cancellation process.
2 Refund Processing Protocol
- Processing Window: Once your written request is received and verified, valid refunds will be processed back to your original source gateway payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Surcharges: Independent service fees, processing channel surcharges, or specific localized government transactional taxes assessed during registration are explicitly non-refundable.
- Force Majeure Conditions: In unforeseen situations beyond administrative control (such as systemic pandemics, severe natural anomalies, or structural transport shutdowns), standard policies may be dynamically modified to align with hotel parent rules.
3 How to Cancel
To drop or edit your active registration, directly transmit your reservation token and check-in summary parameters to our monitoring helpdesk inside our communications hub.
4 Policy Updates
We maintain operational privileges to fine-tune this data structure. Any alterations will be pushed transparently to this link or updated inside your registration files.
